Our Works
High-capacity pyrolysis reactors are designed to efficiently process large volumes of plastic waste, converting it into valuable fuel resources at an industrial scale. These reactors operate at high temperatures in an oxygen-free environment, breaking down plastic polymers into smaller hydrocarbon chains without releasing harmful emissions.
With advanced thermal decomposition technology, these reactors can handle various types of plastics, including Polyethylene(PE), Polypropylene(PP), and Polystyrene(PS).
By well-maintained operational cycles, we ensure that our fuels meet industrial performance requirements and adhere to environmental safety standards. This in-house capability allows us to provide consistent, high-quality fuel solutions while continuously innovating to improve efficiency and sustainability.
The raw material is primarily washed and dried up before putting it into the reactor. This is done to make sure every batch gives the maximum output and the waste plastic is completely degraded.
Our final products, including pyrolysis oil and carbon black are stored in specialized tanks and packaging bags designed to maintain safety, stability, and quality. Strict inventory management and safety protocols are in place to prevent contamination, leaks, or hazards.
